How do I develop an MVP and achieve product-market fit? What are the critical points in customer development or team building? Which financial KPIs are key to a growth trajectory? How do I organise a suitable funding structure and can I work with government funding pots? What are the legal pitfalls of different business models or investor relationships? How do corporates work with startups?
For 10 years, we at the StartupDorf have been dealing with these and other topics, helping founders with new and old questions on a voluntary basis and frequently using our interfaces to startups, serial entrepreneurs, mentors, consultants, medium-sized companies and corporations in the association and outside.
We collect our knowledge in the association, in our startup club and pass it on through the StartupDorf Dorfschule.
Our StartupDorf motto “for founders by founders” naturally also applies to the Dorfschule, where startups at different stages of development, investors and established companies can exchange ideas at eye level in order to facilitate knowledge transfer and other network effects, such as cooperation opportunities.
Years of experience and an extensive network of experts
StartupDorf’s network of experts provides participants with a wide range of relevant learning content. The Dorfschule delivers its programme in three blocks per year, with the wonderful support of its association/supporting club members.
Our association members will contribute their knowledge and wealth of experience on the most important startup topics. We are also pleased that successful serial entrepreneurs from our association will share their knowledge with other startups.
Based on the experience of the last Dorfschule, the agenda will include business modelling, leadership, diversity, circular economy, human resources, sales, marketing, business development, finance and law.

📣 We are looking for "Students" who already know that they want to "go to school" so that they can become more successful with their startup as (future) founders.
📣 We are looking for „Dorfschule Teachers" who want to transport knowledge with their expert know-how that is intended for modern companies and entrepreneurs with purpose.
📣 We are looking for "co-creators, implementers, supporters" who want to help us in the Dorfschule. To tackle things, share the good word and make the startup ecosystem a bit richer through their actions.
📣 and we are looking for sponsors who value volunteerism and entrepreneurship with their contribution.
