About this event:

ScaleUpNation, joining from Amsterdam, and the Global Entrepreneurship Centre kindly invite you to attend a Masterclass discussing scaling needs and barriers on April 5, from 10:00 – 12:30 am. Doors are open for coffee at 9:30 am.

The masterclass ‘The Art of Scaling’ will dive deeper into the ‘scale-up success factors’: the factors that make the difference between companies that scale and those that stall. During this session Menno van Dijk, Founder of ScaleUpNation, will cover the most important basics to reflect on the scaling journey. A number of pressing questions will be addressed, such as:

• How can you recognize scalable enterprises?
•  What are the main challenges for start-ups and scale-ups while scaling up?
• What kind of support is needed for scaling ventures? And how is this best provided?

The program will look as follows:

09:30    Walk-in with coffee
10:00    Welcome messages by ScaleUpNation and the Global Entrepreneurship Centre

• • Short introduction of the scale-ups that are present (product-market fit; vision; team)
  • Presentation of the scale-up success factors by Menno van Dijk (Founder of ScaleUpNation)
  • Participants present their top 3 priorities (ventures) and/or main insights (partners), that will be discussed peer-to-peer.
